TECHNOLOGY
Developed in the US, TSD is a revolutionary coating that helps to improve heat exchange efficiency. The TSD coating will help to reduce the internal tempreture by 10%- to 20% on the conditioner fins and evaporator coils. In addition, the thermal coated surface forms a white graphite like protection layer against oxidation. The increase surface area will effectively allow more air-surface contact for cooling. The coating process does not require special equipment, dries quickly, can withstand heat of up to 1800°C and therefore easy to use. Once it is applied and allowed to dry, the surface will be resistant to scratches and peeling even if blasted with high pressure water.
